The challenge

Yachay had focused on domain services and cybersecurity and wanted to offer digital transformation services to Latin American SMEs. That required highly skilled, multinational remote IT talent. It also needed support with onboarding and guidance on payments under each country's regulations.

What we did

Hired 23 professionals, including backend, frontend, full-stack and RPA developers, DevOps engineers, QA testers, functional analysts and a Tech Project Manager.
