Those interests and work or professional connections promoted herein are linked to the fact that a Company User presents an Opportunity or Vacancy on the Platform, with data and information relevant to the Profile they need to hire for their Company/Project, and in this way a Talent User, through their professional skills, may connect to such Vacancy through an Application with their data and professional information shared here in THEIR PROFILE, in order to be considered through Selection processes where only the Company User has the authority to accept or not; hire or not, such Talent User.
Therefore, when using the Web Platform under our IT Talent Recruitment and Hiring services, you must be aware of the use you make of your Personal/Professional Information and the Vacancies you publish. Your data and information will be considered real. And they will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
In the case of our modalities through which a Company User may connect with Talent Users: such as a Professional Talent Database, Prequalified CVs, or Vacancies, where a common interest in professional labor services may be commercialized among all Users, we do not sell methods that specifically identify the individual. In other words, we display the data you provide to us as real so that a connection between the parties may be achieved and, effectively, a hiring relationship may take place among those involved.
Ultimately, there are no client lists with “undisclosed” data through their vacancies, professional talents with “undisclosed” data in their profiles, or other information not relevant to third parties that is handled outside the consent or approval of all parties involved. Therefore, anyone who publishes or shares professional or work-related information on the Web Platform accepts these Terms and Conditions to allow the connections and commercialization where everyone benefits to happen without extra or unverified data. All real. The information you provide here.
