Is there any cost to join the program?
No. There is no entry fee and no minimum commitment. You sign the partner agreement and start introducing companies.
How much do I earn per client?
The incentive is defined in your partner agreement and depends on the service the company contracts (remote staffing, recruiting or payroll) and the volume. We walk you through it on the first call, before you sign anything.
Do I have to sell or manage the process?
No. Your job is the introduction. We run discovery, the search, the assessment and the close. You can follow along if you prefer.
How do I know the lead is registered to me?
We register every company you introduce at the moment of first contact and link it to you. If that company was already in our pipeline, we tell you right away.
Is it compatible with my current business?
Yes, and that is the whole point. Most of our partners run their own agency or consultancy and use Interfell to solve what their clients ask for and they do not offer.
