When do I get the reward?
When your referral is hired and the hire is confirmed. There is no payout for referring someone who does not end up hired.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No. You can refer as many people as you want, and every hire counts separately.
Do I have to tell the person I referred them?
Yes, please do. It works much better when the person is expecting our message, and it is the right thing to do: we will contact them using the details you gave us.
Which profiles do you accept?
Mostly technology, product, design, sales and digital marketing. If in doubt, refer them anyway: if there is no fit today, they stay in the pool for when the opening appears.
Which countries can I take part from?
Any of them. The program has no geographical limits, neither for you nor for the person you refer.
What if the person was already in your database?
If the professional was already registered with us before your recommendation, it does not count as a new referral. We tell you as soon as we spot it.
