The challenge

Resolution DGT-R-48-2016 made electronic invoicing mandatory in Costa Rica, so the product had a hard deadline. It needed a backend able to handle high transaction volumes and an interface users could pick up quickly. Sales and support teams also had to be built while keeping costs down.

What we did

Interfell recruited the talent and, with Carmenta, set up a fully remote organization.
A remote development team built the MVP on ASP.NET, Microsoft Azure and SQL Server.
The team implemented a scalable architecture for high transactional volume and a user-focused UI/UX.
A customer support and sales team was created for onboarding and ongoing support.
