Bio
Carlos Mas-Bagà Saltor has been a partner at Interfell and its Head of Spain since March 2025. From Barcelona he works with Spanish companies that want to bring Latin American talent onto their teams: he scopes what they need, helps them choose between recruiting and staffing, and coordinates with the operations team so the process fits the way Spanish companies work.
He joined Interfell after more than fifteen years in sales leadership and digital business. He was a Product Manager and then buyer and brand manager at Privalia (2009–2017), Sales Category Manager for Sport and Lifestyle at Veepee (2017–2019), Country Manager Spain at Private Sport Shop (2019–2020) and Digital & Strategy Manager at Prat Brands (2020–2022). From 2022 to 2025 he led sales and then served as general manager at Remoters, a remote talent consultancy for e-commerce and tech.
He holds a degree in Economics and a master's in Fashion Retail Management, both from Universitat de Barcelona.
