Bio
Aurora Pérez Paz is co-founder and Head of People at Interfell, a role she has also held at Simera, the global AI-powered talent group Interfell belongs to, since 2026. Her job is making a team spread across several countries work as one: culture, employee experience and the processes that support people from the day they are hired.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes (Venezuela) and a specialization in marketing and sales from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. She began her career in financial analysis and project management before founding Interfell in 2016 with Daniel Juárez and Juanma Rodríguez.
At Interfell she worked as business manager and served as CMO from 2018 to 2022 before taking over People. She sees assertive communication and collaboration as the foundation of any strategy, an idea she sums up with the team's motto: if you want to go far, go with your team.
