Andrea Pérez Rivas has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Interfell since December 2025. She is responsible for the whole service operation: running recruiting and staffing processes, managing client accounts and the quality of every delivery. She leads the operations team of Account Managers, Account Coordinators and the Talent team, and works with the growth and product areas so that what is sold is delivered on time and to standard.
She has been at Interfell since 2016, almost from the start. She began as a project consultant, moved through business development and account leadership, served as Chief Business Officer from 2022 to 2025 and then as Head of Accounts before taking over operations. Alongside that, from 2015 to 2019, she worked as an international business consultant at PSKloud, in the ERP software channel for Latin America.
She is a certified public accountant by training, with a degree from Universidad de Los Andes (Venezuela), and completed the Chief Sales Officer diploma at Sales Business School. She lives in Medellín, Colombia.
