Non-Refundable Initial Payment
The Sourcing Plus payment activates management of up to two openings and reserves capacity for publication, sourcing, and follow-up during the service period.

Candidates shared for each Plus opening are screened for experience, salary expectations, availability, and interest before presentation.
Moderation and Technical Review
We review the scope and requirements of each active opening separately to guide distribution and reduce off-target profiles.
