The SPK (Simera Professional Key) is the new format we use to present your profile to companies, developed by Interfell in partnership with Simera, an AI-powered recruitment platform.

Instead of sending just a resume, we send an executive summary that outlines:

  • Clear evidence of your skills (video, tests, work samples).
