Términos de Pago de los Planes Smart Hiring y Smart Hiring Plus
1. Compromiso de Pago
El pago de los planes Smart Hiring y Smart Hiring Plus es requerido como primer paso para iniciar cualquier proceso de reclutamiento o staffing. Este compromiso de pago confirma la solicitud del servicio y activa la difusión de la oferta en nuestra exclusiva comunidad de talento.
2. Estructura de Pago
El pago se divide en dos fases:
- Pago Inicial: Este es un pago no reembolsable que cubre la publicación de la vacante, la movilización de recursos humanos y la activación de la búsqueda de talento.
- Pago Final: Este pago está condicionado a la exitosa ubicación y selección del talento por parte del cliente. El monto se ajustará según las condiciones específicas pactadas con el talento seleccionado y el servicio elegido.
3. Proceso de Moderación y Análisis Técnico
Todos los empleos gestionados a través de Interfell están sujetos a un proceso de moderación y análisis técnico antes de su publicación. Esto garantiza la calidad y relevancia de las vacantes para nuestros candidatos.
4. Variedad en la Cantidad de Candidatos
En vacantes con alto nivel de complejidad, la cantidad de candidatos puede variar. Este aspecto se considera en la estructura de nuestros servicios y en la estrategia de búsqueda de talento.
5. Exclusividad de Candidatos
Los candidatos presentados son parte exclusiva de la comunidad de talento de Interfell. La cesión de estos candidatos se otorga únicamente a través de nuestros servicios profesionales de reclutamiento o staffing.
El Cliente acepta que los nombres de los candidatos y toda su información de contacto que Interfell suministre, sean o no seleccionados para la vacante, en cualquier etapa del proceso de selección, son parte de la lista de candidatos confidenciales de Interfell. En consecuencia, El Cliente acepta no iniciar contacto con ninguno de los candidatos sin la participación de Interfell. En caso de que El Cliente decida contactar a los candidatos para una contratación directa, sin la participación de Interfell, Interfell tendrá derecho a cobrar el equivalente al 10% del salario anual bruto del candidato.
6. Derecho a la Devolución del Pago Inicial
Interfell se reserva el derecho de devolver el pago inicial si determina que la configuración de la vacante no se adecua al mercado actual o está fuera de la especialidad y capacidad de Interfell.
7. Política de No Reembolso
Salvo en las circunstancias mencionadas en el punto 6, el pago inicial no es reembolsable para garantizar el máximo compromiso y la eficacia en la prestación de nuestros servicios.
8. Métodos de Pago
Los pagos pueden realizarse mediante transferencia bancaria, tarjetas de crédito/débito o plataformas de pago en línea. Los detalles específicos se proporcionarán al confirmar el servicio.
9. Resolución de Disputas
En caso de disputas o consultas relacionadas con los pagos, Interfell proporcionará canales de comunicación para una resolución eficiente y transparente.
Sobre el Proceso de Selección
10. Compromiso de Reuniones Semanales
- El Cliente se compromete a reunirse de manera semanal con Interfell -o cuando corresponda-, desde el momento de la ejecución de esta orden de servicio hasta la selección exitosa de un candidato.
11. Presentación de Candidatos y Retroalimentación
- Interfell presentará a El Cliente, posibles candidatos que cumplan con las necesidades para cubrir la vacante y El Cliente se compromete a dar retroalimentación sobre todos los candidatos presentados.
12. Verificación de Candidatos
- Interfell realizará la verificación de la experiencia de los posibles candidatos a sus expensas.
13. Notificación de Selección y Contratación
- En el momento que El Cliente seleccione a un candidato, notificará a Interfell las características de la contratación y la fecha de inicio de actividades.
14. Honorarios Finales
- Interfell cobrará honorarios correspondientes al pago final según mencionado en la clausula 2 una vez que El Cliente seleccione al candidato e indique la fecha de inicio de actividades.
Terms of Payment for Smart Hiring and Smart Hiring Plus
1. Payment Commitment
Payment for Smart Hiring and Smart Hiring Plus plans is required as the first step to initiate any recruitment or staffing process. This payment confirms the service request and activates the dissemination of the offer in our exclusive talent community.
2. Payment Structure
Payment is divided into two phases:
- Initial Payment: This is a non-refundable payment that covers the mobilization of resources and the activation of the talent search.
- Final Payment: This payment is conditional upon the successful placement and selection of the talent by the client. The amount will be adjusted according to the specific conditions agreed upon with the selected talent and the chosen service.
3. Moderation and Technical Analysis Process
All jobs managed through Interfell are subject to a moderation and technical analysis process before their publication. This ensures the quality and relevance of the vacancies for our candidates.
4. Variety in the Number of Candidates
In vacancies with a high level of complexity, the number of candidates may vary. This aspect is considered in the structure of our services and in our talent search strategy.
5. Candidate Exclusivity
Candidates presented are an exclusive part of the Interfell talent community. The assignment of these candidates is granted only through our professional recruitment or staffing services.
The Client agrees that the names and contact information of candidates supplied by Interfell, whether selected for the vacancy or not, at any stage of the selection process, are part of Interfell's confidential candidate list. Consequently, the Client agrees not to initiate contact with any of the candidates without Interfell's involvement. In the event that the Client decides to contact candidates for direct hiring without Interfell's involvement, Interfell will have the right to charge the equivalent of 10% of the candidate's annual gross salary.
6. Right to Refund of Initial Payment
Interfell reserves the right to refund the initial payment if it determines that the configuration of the vacancy does not fit the current market or is outside Interfell's specialty and capacity.
7. No Refund Policy
Except in the circumstances mentioned in point 6, the initial payment is non-refundable to ensure maximum commitment and effectiveness in the provision of our services.
8. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or online payment platforms. Specific details will be provided upon confirming the service.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes or queries related to payments, Interfell will provide communication channels for efficient and transparent resolution.
About the Selection Process
10. Commitment to Weekly Meetings
The Client commits to weekly meetings with Interfell - or as appropriate -, from the time of this service order execution until the successful selection of a candidate.
11. Presentation of Candidates and Feedback
Interfell will present to the Client potential candidates who meet the requirements to fill the vacancy, and the Client commits to provide feedback on all presented candidates.
12. Verification of Candidates
Interfell will conduct verification of the potential candidates' experience at its own expense.
13. Notification of Selection and Hiring
At the moment the Client selects a candidate, they will notify Interfell of the hiring details and the start date of activities.
14. Final Fees
Interfell will charge the corresponding final payment fees as mentioned in clause 2 once the Client selects the candidate and indicates the start date of activities.
